KC Premier Cleaning Co. began with a simple idea: combine our homebuilding experience with our passion for helping homes make the best possible first impression.

As a mother-daughter team, we've spent more than two decades in the homebuilding industry. Candee brings 18 years of experience in builder sales and marketing and is a licensed REALTOR®, while Kaili spent four years in purchasing, supporting the behind-the-scenes operations that keep new home communities running smoothly.

We're also building something that matters to our family—a business founded on trust, professionalism, and pride in our work, with the goal of serving our clients for years to come.

Throughout our careers, we've seen firsthand how much presentation matters.
